Delete Account

Users can request deletion of their account and associated data directly inside the app.

Steps to delete your account:

• Open the app
• Go to Profile
• Open Settings
• Tap “Delete Account”
• Confirm the deletion request

What happens after deletion?

Once your account deletion request is submitted, your personal information, trips, itineraries, and associated account data will be permanently deleted within a reasonable period unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes.

Data that may be retained temporarily

Certain limited information may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security purposes where required by applicable laws.
